Development Update 2


Day 2!

The day was mostly spent tooling around with Unity's PlayerPrefs to keep track of player settings such as resolution and mouse sensitivity. I focused on making the movement easier to use, removing unnecessary complexities and allowing the player to do more while pressing fewer keys. I think it's much better and easier to use now, with the game taking care of automatically ledge climbing while the space key is held. 

I also have an increasing list of enemies that the player will have to face, both hellish and heavenly. Each enemy is designed to make the player use some movement ability that is available to them, training the player to use all the tools at their fingertips. I also have a special section of enemies that originate from Death. After all, Death is the one who is chasing you. I'm excited to start implementing these enemies in the game as soon as possible!
